GAZPACHO WITH THE RECIPE OF MY GRANDMOTHER

· Ingredients

  • One kilograme of tomatoes.
  • One green pepper.
  • One cucumber.
  • Two or three cloves of garlic.
  • Three spoonful of oil.
  • Vinegar (what you want)

·Steps to make it

First of all, you put all the ingredients in a pot. Then, you beat all the ingredients with the help of a whisk.
After this, you have the check the gazpacho. If it is too thick, you will have to add to it a little water. If it is too thin, you will have to add to it some bread wet with water.
Then, you put all of this in a colander not so small to remove the skins of the ingredients.
The last step is to put your gazpacho away in the fridge and wait until it is served.
